My 88 year old mother suffers from early on-set Alzheimer's and requires companion care in her assisted living facility. She is a decorated nurse yet is so kind and caring. She noticed medical conditions that had yet to be diagnosed. She abides by the highest medical standards, so if you want cheap and sub-par, maybe look elsewhere. We tried a couple of agencies before Elijah and the caregivers were late, sometimes ignored my parents. It was stressful. Not so with Elijah.
