Elijah Home Health Services, LLC
was created—and operates—on the foundations
of my life experiences and philosophy.
My parents, both medical professionals, raised and nurtured me with a focus on caring for others—consistently acting with compassion, generosity, and excellence. I remember and honor the lessons of my mother and father every time I interact with the people we care for, their families, facility staff, and the Elijah caregivers.
When I came to the United States, I was alone,
yet I carried with me the lessons, perseverance,
and faith that I was raised with.
As soon as I came to the United States, I began my nursing education. I earned a bachelor’s degree and became a Registered Nurse. For 10 years I provided personalized home care as an independent practitioner.
While my work was satisfying, I realized that I wanted to establish an organization that deeply reflected my philosophy of care. The building blocks for that company (as well as its name) came from multiple sources.
When I initially came to the United States, I often felt quite alone. The work and the example of my beloved parents (and my knowledge of the prophet Elijah)—all of whom sought to bring peace and comfort to others—sustained and inspired me. Blossoming friendships with my “Four American Aunties”—brought me peace and comfort; those relationships continue today.
The combination of those experiences and ideals helped me articulate my mission of service: to genuinely connect with others and to bring peace and comfort to the lives of those more fragile.
Elijah Home Health Services, LLC was “born” in 2023,
founded to ensure excellent client experiences.
Our clients are not numbers; they are people, and caring for them requires that every caregiver is skilled, empathetic, thorough, adaptable, and resilient. To ensure that patients and families receive excellent care, I personally interview and evaluate every potential caregiver and hire only after extensive background checks.
To ensure the highest level of consistency in care, I personally match each patient with a primary and secondary caregiver. In addition, I remain a presence through on-site visits. This hands-on approach guarantees that all service expectations are met—and that client/caregiver relationships remain positive and strong.
